Your Host

Hi, I'm Stacey, a physician, health coach and lifelong adventure traveller. While I've visited Italy many times, it was during my recent research trip for this adventure that I truly fell in love with the Tuscan countryside. E-biking along the scenic roads took my breath away, the hiking and landscapes were magnificent, and the food was a true culinary experience. What I cherished most were the warmth and calm of the small villages overlooking the rolling hills, offering a peaceful escape from the hordes of tourists in the main cities.

In curating this trip, I partnered with local outfitters I got to know personally and handpicked my favorite activities to craft this unforgettable wellness journey. Join me and a community of women to experience the magic of Tuscany.

Testimonials

-Arielle Perez, MD, MPH

I had no idea what to expect, but Stacey did a wonderful job preparing us, communicating prior to the trip, and planning a jam-packed itinerary that was a good combination of challenging, fun, and relaxing. It was so wonderful to meet and bond with such a supportive group of women. The hikes were awe-inspiring. The e-bike ride through the park was an awesome way to experience the surroundings. I can't say enough great things about the trip and Stacey. I'm so grateful for this opportunity. I can't wait for my next LH adventure. Thank you!!!

-Beverly Mehl

This is my first experience going on a trip through Lifestyle Health with Stacey, and it certainly won’t be my last! She is very enthusiastic about what she does and researches all the details of the trip to ensure that every little detail is covered. She goes above and beyond to create a meaningful and memorable experience.

One of the things that I found enjoyable, is that all I had to do was be where and when Stacey arranged for us to be. It was totally stress free for me as I didn’t have to plan anything!,

When we started our adventures many of us were strangers to each other, and we ended up forming friendships, sharing feelings, many laughs, and memories that will last a lifetime.

If you are considering traveling and want to have an experience of a lifetime, please don’t think twice about joining Stacey on one of her adventures.

-Odette Limosnero, MD

Wow! This is the way to travel! Stacey thought of E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. The best part of the trip was having no decisions to make except for what clothes I wanted to wear for the day, and what food I wanted from the menu. The meals, the lodging, transportation, timing, weather considerations, time for bonding and sharing, hiking - everything was so well thought out. I’m so happy that I gifted this experience to myself for my 50th and that I was able to share the experience with 2 of my sisters. We now have to decide what trip we want to do next with Stacey…. ?!?!

WHO IS THIS TRIP FOR

We are women, primarily in our 40s to 60s, who have a deep passion for exploration and self-care. We love to embark on adventures, appreciate diverse cultures, natural beauty, and enjoy the company of other remarkable women. If you're open-minded, adaptable, and ready to embrace new experiences with a positive attitude, this journey is for you. FITNESS LEVEL

This is a multisport trip and mobility is necessary. The two days of biking is on e-bikes. This is how we will explore the regions and while they make uphill much easier, you will still be on a bike for a good part of the day mainly on small dirt paths with breaks for walking around. If you want a greater challenge, you can turn off the petal assist. Bike shorts may be helpful.

Each hiking trip is approximately 2-3 hours and considered easy to moderate. A more challenging option can be offered in Bagno Vignoni. Good footwear is necessary.

TRIP INSURANCE

It is required that you have your own travel insurance policy with adequate medical coverage and emergency evacuation. Recommendations are available upon request or you can acquire your own policy.

GROUP SIZE

There will be a minimum of seven and a maximum of fourteen guests in our group. If sold out, you can be placed on a waiting list.
