on an unforgettable Women's Wellness Adventure
June 1-7, 2025

Hi, I'm Stacey. While I've visited Italy many times, it was during my recent research trip for this adventure that I truly fell in love with the Tuscan countryside. E-biking along the scenic roads took my breath away, the hiking and landscapes were magnificent, and the food was among the best I have ever tasted—a true culinary experience.

What I cherished most were the warmth and calm of the small villages overlooking the rolling hills, offering a peaceful escape from the hordes of tourists in the main cities.

In curating this trip, I partnered with local outfitters I got to know personally and handpicked my favorite activities to craft this unforgettable wellness journey. Join me as we move (moderately, nothing crazy), eat well, relax, and come together as a community of women to experience the magic of Tuscany.

Meet in Florence and stay at the beautiful 5-star Hotel Bernini Palace, situated in a 15th-century building in the heart of the city. We'll have a private city tour, followed by free time and a group dinner.

DAYS 2-3

Explore the small towns of Chianti by e-bike and hiking. Participate in an authentic cooking class led by passionate local female chefs in a charming farmhouse kitchen surrounded by the picturesque countryside. Enjoy some free time in Radda of Chianti. We'll stay two nights at a beautifully restored 14th-century palazzo, offering breathtaking views from the hotel's terraces and garden.

DAY 4

We will explore stunning Montepulciano. Perched high on a hill, this town is known for its panoramic views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside, exceptional wines, and Renaissance architecture. A female local expert will share her knowledge and passion for this region, and we'll enjoy a famous cellar wine tasting. There will also be free time to wander.

DAYS 5-7

Discover the natural landscapes and picturesque small towns in the Val D'Orcia (VDO). Enjoy a relaxation day in beautiful Bagno Vignoni with an optional guided morning hike, time to soak in a thermal pool, an optional massage at the spa, and a late afternoon yoga class. The next day, we'll have a guided e-bike ride through gorgeous rolling hills and cypress-lined roads, with stops in the picturesque medieval town of Pienza and an olive oil mill for a tasting and lunch. We'll stay three nights at a charming hotel in the center of Bagno Vignoni, located right by the ancient thermal baths (shown in the photo above by the white umbrellas).

We will return to Florence by private bus with a stop at the Florence airport for those returning home or the Florence train station for those continuing their adventure in Italy.

We are women, primarily in our 40s to 60s, who have a deep passion for exploration and self-care. We love to embark on adventures, appreciate diverse cultures, natural beauty, and enjoy the company of other remarkable women. If you're open-minded, adaptable, and ready to embrace new experiences with a positive attitude, this journey is for you. This trip includes moderate hiking in the mountains, so a reasonable level of fitness is required. Read the next section and let's talk if you have any questions or concerns.

This is a multisport trip and mobility is necessary. The two days of biking is on e-bikes. This is how we will explore the regions and while they make uphill much easier, you will still be on a bike for a good part of the day mainly on small dirt paths with breaks for walking around. If you want a greater challenge, you can turn off the petal assist. Bike shorts may be helpful.

Each hiking trip is approximately 2-3 hours and considered easy to moderate. A more challenging option can be offered in Bagno Vignoni. Good footwear is necessary.

It is required to have your own travel insurance policy that includes medical coverage and emergency evacuation. Suggestions can be made or you can research your own policies. This will be discussed during our zoom call together.
