Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a trip with Lifestyle Health LLC ("the Company") doing business as LH Adventure Travel. These terms and conditions constitute a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s) ("You" or "Traveler") and the Company regarding your trip booking. By booking a trip with the Company, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Tour Operator
Lifestyle Health LLC operates as a tour operator and sells various travel-related products and services on behalf of independent transport and accommodation service providers, including airlines, coach companies, rail operators, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and restaurants.
We act as an intermediary to facilitate your travel arrangements and make bookings on your behalf.
Please note that we do not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers of services and therefore are not liable for any acts or omissions on their part. Any warranty or representation regarding their services is the sole responsibility of the specific service provider. Any claims or legal recourse related to these services should be directed to the service provider.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing all travel information, including itineraries, flight details, accommodation details, and other relevant information. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the countries you visit. You are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) and complying with entry requirements. Travelers are responsible for reviewing official travel advisories for their destination(s) prior to travel.
Limitations of Liability
Lifestyle Health LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or omission of independent service providers. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to your booking or travel services.
We do not own or operate the suppliers of the goods or services for your travel. All such entities are independent contractors and are not affiliated with Lifestyle Health LLC.
Trip Confirmation
LH Adventure Travel trips require a minimum number of participants to operate. The minimum number of participants is specified on the trip page of the website. Trips are typically confirmed once the minimum number of guests has registered, or no later than 90 days prior to departure for international trips and 60 days prior to departure for domestic trips.
Guests will be notified once a trip is officially confirmed. Travelers may wish to wait to purchase non-refundable airfare or other travel arrangements until receiving this confirmation. Travelers who choose to make travel arrangements earlier understand that LH Adventure Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to trip confirmation.
Force Majeure
LH Adventure Travel shall not be held liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, political unrest, war, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, or mechanical failures. In such events, refunds may depend on the policies of third-party providers. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the traveler.
Changes and Cancellations
Most travel bookings are non-refundable and canceled bookings may incur charges up to 100% of the trip cost. Where we incur any cancellation fees from suppliers, you agree to reimburse us.
To confirm your booking, a deposit as specified on the trip’s landing page is required. This initial deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment, provided the refund is requested before any subsequent payment is due. After this 7-day period—or once any subsequent payment is due, whichever comes first—the deposit becomes non-refundable. All other payments are non-refundable once made.
Final payment must be made no later than 120 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise specified. Additional staged payments may be required by third-party providers. Certain services or airfares may require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment Processing
Payments for LH Adventure Travel trips are processed through a third-party booking and payment platform. Accepted payment methods and payment schedules will be outlined during the booking process. By completing a booking through the platform, you agree to the payment terms associated with that specific trip.
Payment processing platforms may charge service or transaction fees depending on the payment method selected. Any such fees are determined by the payment platform and are displayed during the checkout process. Travelers are responsible for reviewing all payment details before completing a booking.
Travel Protection
Travel insurance is required for all travelers and must include coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. Travelers are responsible for purchasing and reviewing their own insurance policy and confirming that the coverage meets their needs and covers the activities included in their trip.
Some travelers choose to purchase additional coverage such as “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) policies or coverage related to pre-existing medical conditions. These benefits may require the policy to be purchased within a limited time after the initial trip deposit. Travelers interested in these options should review policy requirements carefully and confirm eligibility directly with the insurance provider.
Lifestyle Health LLC does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for insurance coverage decisions, policy terms, or claim outcomes. Any claims related to travel insurance must be submitted directly to the insurance provider. For travelers who wish to compare policy options, a link to a travel insurance comparison site may be provided during the booking process. This link is offered as a convenience only. Lifestyle Health LLC may receive a small affiliate commission if a policy is purchased through this link, at no additional cost to the traveler.
Additional Fees
Additional local taxes, resort fees, or surcharges may be charged on-site by car rental agencies, hotels, or other suppliers. Many providers may require a credit card imprint at check-in.
Passports
All U.S. travelers must have a valid passport for international travel. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. You are responsible for securing necessary visas and understanding the entry requirements for your destination.
REAL ID (U.S. Domestic Travel)
If using a U.S. state-issued ID for domestic flights, ensure it is REAL ID compliant. Visit www.tsa.gov/real-id for details.
Health and Special Requirements
You are responsible for understanding any health requirements or vaccination policies for your destination. The Company is not liable for your failure to comply with these requirements. Visit www.cdc.gov for updated information.
Refusal of Service
Suppliers may refuse service for reasons including lack of documentation, illness, intoxication, or inappropriate behavior. Lifestyle Health LLC is not liable for any decisions made by service providers.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be resolved in New York state or federal courts.
