Day 2
Palaces & Flamenco in Seville
Today we dive deeper into the magic of Seville. We’ll enjoy a walking tour, including a visit on the stunning Royal Alcázar, a masterpiece of Mudéjar architecture with lush gardens and intricate tilework. You’ll also have free time to wander through the winding streets of the historic old city before we gather for an unforgettable flamenco performance—followed by a relaxed group dinner at one of Seville’s locally loved restaurants.
Day 3
Whitewashed Villages & Mountain Trails
Step into the timeless beauty of rural Andalusia as we wind through the region’s iconic whitewashed villages. We'll explore the postcard-perfect town of Zahara, then set off on a moderate two-hour guided hike in Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. After lunch in a traditional village tavern, we journey on to Ronda. Enjoy a sunset drink on a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the legendary bullring and dramatic El Tajo gorge.
Day 4
Olive Oil, Wine and Wandering in Ronda
We begin the day with a private olive oil tasting in Ronda. The building itself is a gem, blending fascinating architecture with history. Afterward, enjoy free time to explore Ronda—hike along dramatic cliffside paths, browse artisan shops, or relax at the hotel spa. In the late afternoon, we’ll come together for a wine tasting at a remarkable winery set inside a restored 17th-century cathedral overlooking the gorge—a soulful and sensory experience before our group dinner.
Day 5
Stunning Hike & Arrival in Granada
We’ll journey through the heart of the countryside, past rolling olive groves and breathtaking landscapes. Along the way, we’ll stop for a two-hour moderate hike in a stunning natural reserve, known for its dramatic limestone formations and serene, off-the-beaten-path setting. After our hike, we’ll continue on to our charming boutique hotel in Granada, where you’ll have the option to enjoy a restorative yoga class before dinner.

Your Host
Hi, I’m Stacey—a physician, health coach, and lifelong adventure traveler. I’ve been to Spain many times, and Andalucía has always held a special place in my heart.
I first visited as a young adult, and years later returned with my son to Ronda after reading Ferdinand—the story takes place there. I also got to visit when my daughter was studying abroad in Seville. But it was during a recent research trip for this journey that I really connected with the soul of Andalucía. I hiked through dramatic limestone landscapes, wandered peaceful whitewashed villages, took in unforgettable Flamenco, and stood in awe inside the Alhambra. I’m usually most moved by nature, but that man-made masterpiece left me speechless.
Along the way, I met some incredible locals—like Flavio, whose vineyard is tucked inside a 17th-century church. We’ll visit him, too.
This trip is for women who want to travel with purpose, curiosity, and connection. I’d love for you to join me on this special adventure through Andalucía.

Here’s a short video with clips from my research trip to Andalucía.
It offers a glimpse of the landscapes, culture, and charm that inspired this adventure. The music in the background was recorded live from street musicians performing just outside the Alhambra.

“The big question is whether you’re going to be able to say a hearty yes to your adventure.”

I had no idea what to expect, but Stacey did a wonderful job preparing us, communicating prior to the trip, and planning a jam-packed itinerary that was a good combination of challenging, fun, and relaxing. It was so wonderful to meet and bond with such a supportive group of women. The hikes were awe-inspiring. I can't say enough great things about the trip and Stacey. I'm so grateful for this opportunity. I can't wait for my next LH adventure. Thank you!!!
Testimonials
-Beverly Mehl
This is my first experience going on a trip through Lifestyle Health with Stacey, and it certainly won’t be my last! She is very enthusiastic about what she does and researches all the details of the trip to ensure that every little detail is covered. She goes above and beyond to create a meaningful and memorable experience.
When we started our adventures many of us were strangers to each other, and we ended up forming friendships, sharing feelings, many laughs, and memories that will last a lifetime."
-Odette Limosnero, MD
Wow! This is the way to travel! Stacey thought of E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. The best part of the trip was having no decisions to make except for what clothes I wanted to wear for the day, and what food I wanted from the menu. The meals, the lodging, transportation, timing, weather considerations, time for bonding and sharing, hiking - everything was so well thought out. We now have to decide what trip we want to do next with Stacey…. ?!?!
