Your Host
Hi, I'm Stacey—a physician, health coach, lifelong adventure traveler, and founder of LH Adventure Travel.
I’ve explored this stunning region of the American Southwest many times and am continually moved by the quiet magic of the red rock canyons. This land has a way of inviting you to slow down and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with others. And by combining hiking and kayaking, we get to experience its beauty from both the land and the water in a truly special way.
This region is also deeply rooted in Native American Indigenous culture and wisdom, which adds another layer of meaning and connection to the land we’ll be exploring.
I created this adventure to blend awe-inspiring experiences with connection and soul-nourishing self-care. It’s more than a vacation—it’s a chance to breathe deeply, be present, and feel part of something bigger within a supportive community of women.
I can’t wait to share the magic of Under Canvas glamping—and this extraordinary place—with you.
