Women's Wellness Adventure
Nepal-Bhutan
OCTOBER 11-21, 2027
Journey with a small group of adventurous women
through Nepal’s Himalayan foothills and Bhutan’s mystical valleys, where ancient temples, mountain trails, and rich traditions create a journey of awe, connection, and discovery.
Picture yourself…
Trekking for two days through terraced fields, forested ridges, and hillside villages, with sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas from Annapurna to Everest
Immersing in local culture, savoring traditional flavors, wandering in UNESCO World Heritage sites, and exploring lively markets in Kathmandu
Crossing Bhutan’s mountain passes, where prayer wheels spin beside streams and fortresses rise above fertile valleys
Spending an evening at a secluded 12th-century monastery, joining the monks in prayer and meditation as cymbals and horns echo through the mountain air
Hiking to the cliffside Tiger’s Nest Monastery, Bhutan’s most iconic symbol, then soaking in the warmth of a traditional hot stone bath
Discovering Bhutan’s deep values — from its philosophy of happiness to its rich traditions — through local crafts, weaving, mandala art, and a farmhouse cooking class

Who is this trip for?
We are women, mostly in our 40s to 60s, who want more than sightseeing — we seek meaningful experiences. We’re drawn to diverse cultures, wellness, and the wonder of natural settings.
We appreciate comfort and beauty, while also embracing authentic immersion. We understand that travel brings surprises, and we welcome them with flexibility and curiosity, knowing they often add depth to the journey.
Together, we are adventurous, kind, grounded, and easygoing — willing to step beyond our comfort zones to share the trip of a lifetime.
